dock-flash
DSH 快捷控制面板的 dock-base 工作台适配器。面板本体（开关注册表、皮肤系统、i18n、告警面、host 路由）由 `dsh-flash` 核心单独提供；本包只负责把它挂进 dock-base：侧栏/浮动面板、活动栏 、编辑器视图与 dock-flash:openQuickControl 命令。需安装 dock-base；装错时会明确报错而不是静默失效。
